You've chosen your item. You've picked your colour. You've clicked on the right size. So once you've entered your payment details your new Dare 2b gear will wing it's way to you. Here's how:

Standard Delivery: This service is Free on UK orders of £55 and over, and otherwise just £3.95 per order. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch on a fully tracked delivery service. (Please note this is not a signed for service). Upon dispatch you will be sent an e-mail containing your tracking number and the website link and you will be able to view the status of your parcel. We also offer an SMS text service to keep track of your delivery via your mobile please just enter your mobile number at the checkout.

Express Delivery: Express delivery is only available on UK mainland* orders, it costs £6.95. We can deliver the next working day if order is placed Monday to Friday before 8pm. If you order on a Friday before 8pm and select express your order will be delivered on Saturday. (Excluding Bank Holidays)

If you order on a Friday before 8pm, Saturday or Sunday and select and select premium express your order will be delivered on Saturday at no specific time. (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note that we do not deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.

Delivery to an alternative address: If you would like to send the parcel to an alternative address, then please fill in the address details at the order stage. There is no extra postage charge for this service.

Unrecognised postcodes: All online orders require a valid postcode, please call customer services if the website is not recognising your postcode and one of our customer service agents will help process your order for you.

The Channel Islands and Ireland: Standard delivery is £8.50 and we aim to deliver within 5 working days.

International Delivery:
All international orders are charged at one price per delivery depending on where you are in the world. The service is fully tracked and approximate country delivery timings are displayed below. At checkout please enter your address manually and select the correct country. Your international delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

Upon despatch from our warehouse you will be sent an e-mail containing your tracking information. With this link you will be able to view the status of your parcel.

Delivery Restrictions When you place an order, we will inform you which delivery services are available. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. If you have any queries please call Customer Service on 0161 866 0588.

All items are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods within our specified time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay. In requesting delivery of a product, you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at the delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such location is dry and out of general sight.

You will have your order delivered by Hermes couriers on a fully tracked delivery service.


Hey we're not perfect and we can never guarantee you'll love everything you order from us, but it's no problem. At Dare 2b we offer a 100% guarantee. Simply, if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase, within 14 days.

Note: If you have purchased goods through one of or stockists or dealers please arrange your return directly with them.

You can use our NEW CollectPlus service for a fixed price of £3.50*. CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 5,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week. Please note: You cannot return a parcel via CollectPlus to your local BRAND store.

CollectPlus Instructions

When ordering your returns label online, payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You will need a printer to print out your returns label. Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.

1. Go to and follow the instructions to purchase your returns label.
2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the CollectPlus service. You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt.
4. Keep your receipt safe so that you can track your parcel online at

Faulty Items

Customers can return faulty goods for a full and complete refund. We will arrange this return. If you return via another provider Dare 2b will not be responsible for mis-use of the returns procedure when returning goods (faulty or otherwise) back to us. The refunded cost of returning goods to us can only be guaranteed when agreed with our Customer Services in advance. If your item is faulty please call the Customer Service team on 0161 866 0588, they are available from 8'o'clock in the morning to 8'o'clock at night Monday to Friday.


At Dare 2b we offer a full returns service and offer refunds/exchanges where appropriate with faulty goods.Any faulty items must be returned to the place of purchase as per the guarantee. We have procedures in place for retailers/stockists to deal with customer returns. This guarantee does not include fair wear and tear, for example if you had a jacket for a few years and it was in good condition but the zip broke we would probably replace it without any hesitation. However if you had caught the sleeve on barbed wire and ripped it then we would not regard this as faulty in any way. Clearly there might be occasions where it is not clear whether a failure is a result of wear and tear or a material or manufacturing failure. However, we will always look at all cases on their respective merits regardless, within reason, of the age of the product. As mentioned above, if you do wish to return any products please contact the stockist you purchased them from, do not send goods back to Dare 2b. If you purchased the items directly from Dare 2b mail order, please call us on the number below for further details.

Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You need to notify us within the 14 day cancellation period via written communication to comply. The item then must be returned within 14 days from this notification. Please use this link if you wish and fill in relevant details -

If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 28 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).

We are sorry that we are unable to accept American Express card payments at this time. Please note that for debit or credit cards payments, your card will only be debited once your order has been despatched.
If you are using Paypal as a payment method, payment is taken upon order, if for any reason we are unable to despatch your goods we will refund you direct to your Paypal Account and advise via email that this has been processed.

We try our level best to send orders out in one delivery, but if your order is sent in two or more parcels, don't worry, you will not be charged for any additional deliveries. However, your card statement may show you order value split into separate charges corresponding to each despatch.

NB. Promotional codes cannot be used on the website during sale times. If you have a promotional code please call our customer service team on 0161 866 0588. We unfortunately are not able to accept e cheque payments in paypal, if they are submitted we will cancel the order and email via paypal to confirm not accepted.

Stock Details

We try to plan ahead as much as possible but sometimes certain items can get a bit too popular. If an item is out of stock at our online shop, no need to fret. Just give us a call and you might be able to place a 'back order' so that you get it when it comes back in stock. Just call 0161 866 0588.

When will I be refunded?

You'll receive an email to confirm when we have received the item at the warehouse, after which your refund will appear in your account within 2 days. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us.

Not going to be home? From newsagents to petrol stations and - even train stations, Collect+ has over 5,000 safe and secure delivery locations for your parcels. To find your nearest one, simply visit and enter your postcode. Most Collect+ locations are open late seven days a week so you can pick up your delivery at a time and place that suits you.


1. At checkout select Collect+ as your delivery option and choose your nearest shop or pick-up location.
2. When your parcel arrives at your chosen Collect+ location, you'll receive an email or text to say that it's ready for collection. Your message will contain a barcode, please bring this code along with some ID to collect your parcel.
3. Collect your parcel when it's convenient to. You'll receive reminder messages but if you don't collect it after 10 days, it will be returned to Dare 2b.


How much will a Collect+ delivery cost? Collect+ costs £3.95 on all orders. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive? A Collect+ delivery will arrive in your chosen store in 2 working day. So if you place your order Monday to Friday before 3.30pm it will be delivered 2 days later to the store of your choice. Note that if ordered Saturday or Sunday it will not be delivered till the following Wednesday. You will receive confirmation from collect+ via email and or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. So it is important at checkout to enter a valid telephone number or email address. Can you advise a time that it will arrive? Unfortunately a specific time of arrival cannot be given. You will receive an update when it is available to collect. Are there any locations you cannot deliver to a collect+ store? Please find detailed below the areas that currently collect + is unable to deliver to Republic of Ireland , Isle of Man Shetland, Orkney, Scilly Isles and BFPO locations.
