Red Bull Shore Shift is an epic test of strength, endurance and teamwork, taking place 14th September 2024 on Whitmore Bay Beach, South Wales. Twenty teams of four will face off in an intense and challenging coastal race. As the tide rolls in, athletes will be pushed to their limits in an unpredictable race against each other, and the time.

Competitors will take on a brutal series of five coastal inspired workouts, picture hauling boats across the beach and lifting buoys, each separated by a sprint across the sand, and ending with the ultimate show of strength; dragging an anchor across the shore.

Dare 2b are kitting out four individuals to work as a team to face this ultimate test of strength and fitness. Our athletes have been training hard to face this challenge against the tide. Read more about team Dare 2b and the kit they’ll be wearing on the day below.
