Competition Terms & Conditions

This prize draw is promoted by Jet2.com Limited (registered number: 02739537) whose registered
office is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU
("Jet2.com") and Regatta Limited (Dare2b) (registered number: 04839811) whose registered office is
at Risol House, Mercury Way, Urmston, Manchester, Lancashire, M41 7RR (“Dare2b”). By entering
the Prize Draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:
1. Entrants to this Prize Draw must successfully complete and submit their details via the
Jet2.com or Dare2b Prize Draw landing page between 08.00 on 25th October 2017 and 23.59
on 22nd November 2017.
2. Neither Jet2.com nor Dare2b shall be responsible for entries which do not reach them
before 23.59 on 22nd November 2017 or are illegible, incomplete, corrupted, lost or delayed,
regardless of the cause, by way of example only, due to a technical malfunction, network,
server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or which do not otherwise not
satisfy the entrance conditions.
3. Employees and officers of Jet2.com, Jet2holidays, Dart Group PLC and Dare2b or any
companies within the same group, or any organisation professionally involved with the Prize
Draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.
4. Entrants must be aged 18 or over in order to enter the Prize Draw.
5. There will be one winner of the prize, which is:
a. a pair of Jet2.com return flights to Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg, Turin, Lyon, or
Barcelona airports, departing from any UK base from which Jet2.com operates
flights to the above mentioned destinations, including 22kg checked luggage and
22kg ski equipment carriage, for travel 30th November 2017 – 30th April 2018 to be
provided by Jet2.com; and
b. £300 worth of Dare2b ski wear available on the Dare2b website (www.dare2b.com)
to be provided by Dare2b.
6. Travel insurance is not included. The winner and any additional passengers are advised to
take out their own insurance.
7. Jet2.com will draw the winner at random on 24h November 2017 and the winner will be notified via email by 30th November 2017. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not redeem the prize within 28 days of the email notification, Jet2.com and Dare 2b reserve the right to re-draw the prize.
Jet2.com Prize Flights Terms
8. The prize flights are provided by Jet2.com.
9. Prize Flights must be booked by 31st December 2017. The prize flights are subject to
Jet2.com's terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at
http://www.jet2.com/terms . Jet2.com reserves the right to change the terms and
conditions at any time and without prior notice.
10. Destinations available vary depending on the departure airport in the UK. All available routes
can be found on the Jet2.com website (www.jet2.com).
11. Flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas,
New Year and Bank/School Holidays. A full list of restricted dates are available at:
http://www.jet2.com/promotions/. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by
Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
12. Any changes to the Flights or travel dates (provided that such changed travel dates still fall
within the period specified at paragraph 5) are subject to the standard change fee plus any
difference in fare as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Any additional passengers booked 
will be charged at normal rates. Any other changes or optional purchases may be subject to
additional charges.
13. Jet2.com reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights for administrative reasons without
prior notice. Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
Dare2b Prize Terms
14. All other elements of the prize (the £300 worth of Dare2b ski wear available on the Dare2b
website (www.dare2b.com)) are provided by Dare2b.
15. To redeem the £300 worth of Dare2b skiwear, the winner must contact Dare2b using the
contact email address to be provided to the winner and place an order for the items of their
choice (subject to availability). Dare2b will then arrange for the items to be delivered to the
winner within 14 days of placing the order.
16. All items on the Dare2b website are subject to availability and the fact that items are
showing on the website does not guarantee that such items are available to order.
General Prize Terms
17. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be
taken by the competition winner along with any accompanying passenger notified to
Jet2.com and Dare2b in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of
passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time and
from the same airport.
18. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or
other entry requirements.
General Terms
19. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw. When entering the Prize Draw
entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2.com and Dare2b. If
entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2.com or Dare2b (as applicable)
for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information
about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2.com or Dare2b). Details will be used in
accordance with the Jet2.com privacy policy (http://www.jet2.com/privacy) and the Dare2b
privacy policy (https://www.dare2b.com/privacy-policy-cookie-restriction-mode/) as
applicable.
20. The Winner’s name may be published on Facebook and may be published elsewhere online
(including on Jet2.com’ websites and on other social media such as Twitter) and your details
may be used in future marketing activity by Jet2.com and Dare2b.
21. Neither Jet2.com or Dare2b will be liable for any cancellations or changes to the Prize Draw
or the prizes, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a
result of entering the Prize Draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit
the liability of Jet2.com or Dare2b in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2.com
or Dare2b negligence or for fraud.
22. Jet2.com will not be liable for any other element of the prize other than the Jet2.com Prize
Flights.
23. If the winning entrant is deemed not to comply with these terms, the entrant will be
excluded and the prize will be redrawn. Jet2.com and Dare2b’s decision on all matters
relating to a Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Jet2.com and Dare2b reserve the right to end any Prize Draw without warning at any time.
