Dare 2b Great Britain Bobsleigh Competition

NOTES :

Terms and Conditions for the Prize Draw :

1. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland aged over 18, excluding staff and immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) of Regatta Clothing or Dare 2b, their selected stockists and all those professionally associated with the promotion.

2. To enter, visit www.dare2b.com/competition and submit the online entry form with your details

3. No purchase necessary, although internet access and a valid email address are required for entry.

4. Only one entry per person. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. Entries must be received between 09.00 GMT 1st October 2009 and 23.59 GMT 26th February 2010.

6. The winners will be selected in a random draw of all eligible entrants, on 28th February 2010 under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

7. Winners will be notified using the information provided within 7 days from the draw date, and must respond to such notification within a further 14 days, otherwise the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select another winner for that prize.

8. The Prizes :
a. First Prize - 1 x 5 day trip for two to X spending one day with the womens GB Bobsleigh Team. The prize includes two return economy flights from any UK or Ireland airport to the X destination, hotel transfers, 5 nights in a hotel with breakfast, transfers to the track and 300 Euros of spending money.
i. Please note that the winners must be available to travel anytime during March 2010 as the event date and location is subject to change dependent on the Bobsleigh teams training schedule.
ii. Participation in some of the elements of the prize will be subject to certain health, age and weight restrictions.
b. Second Prize - 1 x Ski Holiday for 2 in association with Kuoni, including airport transfers, economy flights (Swiss International Air Lines), a 3 night stay in [ski resort location] in Switzerland, 3 day lift passes and 200 Euros of spending money.
c. Third Prize - 1 x £500 worth of Free Dare 2b kit of the winners choice, subject to stock availability.

9. Conditions relating to the travel prizes :
a. The winner and their guest(s), who must both be over 18 at time of travel, will be responsible for ensuring that they have a valid EU passport with minimum six month validity beyond the return date, and that they are eligible.
b. Travel once booked cannot be changed or transferred.
c. Please note that travel from home to local airport, meals, travel insurance (which is mandatory) and other costs will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

10. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part and the prizes are non-transferable.

11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

12. By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in a forfeit of the prize.

13. A list of winners will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to ?Dare 2b Bobsleigh Comp? Marketing, Risol House, Urmston, Manchester M41 7RR UK, within 6 weeks of the closing date of the promotion.

14. The Promoter may require the winner(s) to provide additional information for age and identity verification purposes.

15. The winner(s) may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the Promoter.

16. The Promoter cannot be held liable for IT system failures or delays or loss of entries, neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure of the Bobsleigh Team to fulfil their obligations (ie the training) although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the winner of any such failure.

17. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reject an entry/entries.

18. The Promoter decisions in all matters will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
