Hey we're not perfect and we can never guarantee you'll love everything you order from us, but it's no problem. At Dare 2b we offer a 100% guarantee. Simply, if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase, within 14 days.


Note: If you have purchased goods through one of or stockists or dealers please arrange your return directly with them.


Collect+



You can use our NEW Collect+ service for a fixed price of £3.50*.

Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 4,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week. Please note: You cannot return a parcel via Collect+ to your local BRAND store.

Collect+ Instructions

When ordering your returns label online, payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You will need a printer to print out your returns label.

Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.

  1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/dare2b and follow the instructions to purchase your returns label.
  2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
  3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the Collect+ service. You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt.
  4. Keep your receipt safe so that you can track your parcel online at www.collectplus.co.uk/track.

To Return Items

A returns form is included in your parcel. This slip is your proof of purchase. Please complete the returns form and enclose it with the goods you are returning to:

Faulty Items

Customers can return faulty goods for a full and complete refund. We will arrange this return. If you return via another provider Dare 2b will not be responsible for mis-use of the returns procedure when returning goods (faulty or otherwise) back to us. The refunded cost of returning goods to us can only be guaranteeed when agreed with our Customer Services in advance. If your item is faulty please call the Customer Service team on 0844 811 2939, they are available from 7'o'clock in the morning to 11'o'clock at night Monday to Friday and now we are also open 9.30 am to 6 pm on a Saturday.


Exchanges

At Dare 2b we offer a full returns service and offer refunds/exchanges where appropriate with faulty goods.Any faulty items must be returned to the place of purchase as per the guarantee. We have procedures in place for retailers/stockists to deal with customer returns. This guarantee does not include fair wear and tear, for example if you had a jacket for a few years and it was in good condition but the zip broke we would probably replace it without any hesitation. However if you had caught the sleeve on barbed wire and ripped it then we would not regard this as faulty in any way. Clearly there might be occasions where it is not clear whether a failure is a result of wear and tear or a material or manufacturing failure. However, we will always look at all cases on their respective merits regardless, within reason, of the age of the product. As mentioned above, if you do wish to return any products please contact the stockist you purchased them from, do not send goods back to Dare 2b. If you purchased the items directly from Dare 2b mail order, please call us on the number below for further details.



Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You need to notify us within the 7 day cancellation period via written communication to comply. We accept email communication as notification.

If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 28 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
